If it makes sense economically, let them be free. If they want to to boost the octane(if its cheaper too) or whatever Jon touts then so be it, but many
refiners are looking up the road and hey're looking at forecasts of shrinking gasoline demand(by record amounts in history).
And saying to themselves, 'Why should I be giving 10 percent away ,, I want to sell product that's mine and not help another while I'm barely alive.
