sw ontario | All ag. wants to produce for export markets, if those markets were so good a lot of those companies would do it them selves.....I am surprised that about 75% of greenhouse peppers,tomato & cucumbers produced near me go to the US.....We try and treat an employee like we would want to be treated , but I am honest with them and say if an opportunity to better yourself arises ,take it as u don't want to be working here at 60....2 former employees are now excavator operators , & we have a new girl who is excellent part time help so we let her come when her kids get on bus & she leaves to be home when bus comes at night ....we pay here 1.5 x min. wage | |
