| Yes the waivers did cut some demand but in reality it just kept the blend rate to what was originally agreed to. They still blended over 10% of the fuel supply. I really don't get what everyone is so pissed about. Ethanol is shutting down now because there is no demand for gas. Travel has basically all but stopped in this country oil companies are ramping back production of gas too they are running out of places to put it. This thing is gonna hurt on all fronts.
