coast of Maine | We were having a desire for lobster ,called my lobsterman friend as I knew they are in a completely devastating times(no market at all and prices at bottom)he was hauling today and I said I would pay a couple dollars over the dock price but he had to deliver.I took all he caught and as you couldnt come over we will pick out and freeze.The greens are grown here in one of our greenhouses.Oh yes lobsters are basically black when alive,the restaurants usually get them frozen.Freezing ,packing always done in Canada by...Chinese workers..strange world.
