I grind my own flour. We use the whole wheat flour in almost everything. Bread, pancakes, waffles, cookies, rolls just to name a few. Don't think it would work very well in pie crust or cakes. Most things we use 2/3 whole wheat flour and 1/3 regular white flour. Here is a link to an old post about grinding wheat.
