Personally I wouldn’t get too worked up over spending an extra $2-4 an acre over what some are spending for some “insurance” as you get more comfortable about what’s necessary and what’s extra.
When looking at pre mixes realize sometimes they are a good value, and sometimes you’re paying for more of X product then what you need and a little low on Y product you need. The answer to that is commonly to bump up the rate of the entire pre mix to get what you need of Y... (see what happened there... you just paid for more X then you need). |
