Eastern Ohio | Great Idea but will never happen in Ohio. I bailed out years ago. Here's how the Queen in Ohio does it, They put on Fuzzy calf shows during the year but you have to be a member, If you want to set up a booth at the Beef Expo in Columbus you have to be a member, They go around the state and have calving clinics on state campus with state professors and all funded by the Beef council, but you have to be a member. BTW the professor was on the Beef councils payroll. What bothers me the most now is OCA (to my knowledge) has not made any formal comment on the current cattle crisis instead they were working feverishly to put on a video sales for the cattle that were suppose to be sold at the canceled expo, and did I mention they receive a commission on the sale. Kind of tough to bust up the MOB when their tentacles infiltrate many sectors.
