E ND | Give this a try if it's a narrow area. Works well outside gates to get the skid or tractor up to the concrete lip, might work here.
Scrape the mud out when it's dry. Lay some geotextile down, or even an old bent up cattle panel the long way. Lay in some junk railroad ties side by side with the end below grade and backfill up to it with rock/gravel. It makes a floating ramp to drive up.
Always helps (depending on your roof and if you deal with snow) to have gutters to collect and divert the water somewhere else.
