Big difference between hunting ammo and the para-military stuff. A guy might fire only 50 rounds of .243 a year where the same guy might burn 1000 rounds of .223. Plus the hunting ammo is premium (usually) while the para-military stuff is made to a price point
Most of those people only had jobs because Alliant got behind anyway.
