Years ago, I had a job with a lady boss that acted like that. My working life improved when I quit the job and farmed instead. Isn't the reason for a lot of you why you farm... because you want to be your own boss and hated a job?
On another note.... more then once I've seen women wearing a T-Shirt that says : "PMS(In huge letters) ... allows a woman... once a month... to act like a man!"
