I know everyone is thanking the medical profession which we should. Can't imagine what they are going through. We just made our journey from wintering in AZ back home to WI. Less cars on the road for sure, but sure seemed like a lot more trucks and I want to thank the truckers. I almost felt guilty when we had our rig in line to get fuel. I felt like we were wasting their time. We spent three nights on the road. First two were spend in RV parks, knowing that the Walmarts were full. Last night we stopped in Oseola Iowa where they have the casino. I had heard they just closed it, but wasn't sure if they would barricade the driveways. So when we got fuel, I asked the lady and she said we should just go up the hill, there was a big lot where the trucks park. We got up there and there was only one. So we went to the far end and settled down for the night. Soon we heard another motor home pull in next to us, but left plenty of space. Then we heard a truck come right between the two motor homes. It didn't take long for the other guy to leave. We didn't mind at all. Out of the three nights, it was the best nights sleep I had listening to the truck. It was also good to see most of the trucks stayed for the whole night. They need their sleep.

One thing I want to complain about is New Mexico, they closed down their rest stops, blocking them so the truckers can't even pull in to rest. I understand that they can't keep the bathrooms clean, but to completely close them is bad. Some other states kept them open, but no facilities. I am sure you truckers have your tricks in the truck, but sure hope you find a place open when you really need it..

Now, I don't know how I am going to keep Dave from going around the neighborhood when he should be staying home for the two weeks seeing we traveled. He has plenty to do, but it is his nature to visit.

You’re welcome. PA closed all of their rest areas last week too. There’s not enough parking as it is. Knuckle heads
