PROSPECT, TENNESSEE
Im sure you guys think im crazy, but here goes...
. Spring killing of fescue here with gly. is a crap shoot, more times that not you crap out. I have done this many times, and it never has failed. Use 48 oz gramoxone with crop oil, in 20 or more gallons of water per acre once th grsss has begun to grow in the spring. If its hot and sunny, add a little of your atrazine, seems to slow the gramoxone and enhances kill. The trick is the amount of water, and getting it to the growing point of the grass.
