southern MN
I chiseled mine last fall. It’s a wet field, still some snow next to the trees on it. I need it to dry out more then I need it to grow this spring.

Lawn is only hinting at green so far. Clover or alfalfa would likely not do much before corn planting time here on the tundra, especially in a wet field.

I saw a rye field a couple days ago not mine, it was showing a bit of a dull green, trying to come back to life.

Frost isn’t out here yet. It’s broken up, but not out.
