First, the employer should have sent the tripster home but beyond that, 80%-90% are idled because of the 10%-20% that are at risk. If your friend is old or had underlying health conditions HE should have protected HIMSELF. You simply cannot count on other people to look out for you. That will always end in badly. It sounds like three people didn't takethis seriously....the employer, the tripster and your friend.
