Yeah, find somebody who was on Iwo Jima or Okinawa for a little perspective...   Or, how about much of the rest of the 21st century world.  One of the doctors at my gf's office grew up in Africa.  He is less than impressed about the panic over something that's far less lethal than many of the sicknesses he has seen.  But of course, nobody cares about dirt poor black people on the other side of the ocean.

Agreed.

While at the grocery store last week with my son, there were a few comments about all the empty shelves. My response was....I didn't think it was all that bad as far as empty shelves go. I have personally seen much worse in early '90's Ukraine / Russia.

A few, I could tell, had no idea what I was talking about.
