Bull crap.
We have a rental business, get paid about 7% in cash, predominantly by Hispanic customers. Central American, and other "developing" country banks are corrupt, they do not trust them, so they go with cold cash. And also, our default rate for Hispanic/Latino (I can't keep straight which one is PC today), is far, for lower than our supposed upstanding white civic leaders in town. You'd be amazed.
