I have one of these Shop-Vac units that I purchased 12 years ago before they got expensive.

Rotary brush is for along walls and has a main brush underneath. Adjustment knob of the rear sets the brush to floor tension. Does a nice job but need to add some foam tape now to seal the debris bin.
