They need to go to a lot imo if it is dry enough

The back one looks fat already by looks of the brisket and tail head.

The front one will be fine but probably could use longer than May 1. He will be fine just not as marbled and smaller cuts.

He is better than half of the beef that I see run through the locker plant already.
