Several mud related posts the last few days and it's always brought up to pour concrete. You guys that are doing this are you spread out on multiple locations or pack em in feedlot style? Just curious but I'm guessing it's the typical "here" thing as nat is famous for.

I'm either gonna pour concrete or sell the cattle.

We deliver mixed rations via wagon or a feed truck spread out a few miles. If ground is froze you can feed any where. Only problem it seems it is rarely froze.

Keep adding gravel to the feedbunk base but it gets covered quickly and is a mess. Clean off or haul poop and you are spreading rock in the fields.

Concrete is a one and done solution.

After seeing the 'pointed north' photos I think I will sell the cows or move to real cow country. It's a cattleman's paradise, to hear Jake tell it.
