| Yeah, I'd imagine there are a lot of cases where you need finer spray to put up with lower carrier volumes. Every drop is that much more important. (Every large droplet is effectively made of 8x droplets that are half the size of the large one, so it makes a big difference)
Labels are effectively trying to put it on paper, that "In ideal conditions, apply it like this, and it will work, while mitigating sufficient drift be to acceptable". So, in cases that you'd be needing lots of coverage, but it is more driftable, thats when you'll see the minimum water rates on label of like 20Gal/Acre and stuff like that. Again, always best to get agronomical advice as well. |
