With harvested beans, you don't factor created N but rather adjust rates due to the narrowing of the carbon to nitrogen ratio in the soil.    Since the N is in the seed and the seed is still out there, theoretically you have some N but I would almost 100% guarantee that it won't be useable for this years crop.  I'd plan just like they were harvested soybeans and go from there.  My experience is assuming it doesn't get flooded out it will be just like everything else.
