Don't bother. Those just came direct from the mint, like all of them do, in the plastic tube of 5-10 or 20. They will not grade at anything better than any other single Eagle.

The weird thing about Silver Eagles today is, the silver in them is worth around $13, but there is also a "basis" in silver coins. A few years ago it was around +$2.50-3.00, thursday it was +$10 !!!!!!

Even the generic 1 oz silver coins are +$4-6. I passed, figuring the immediate demand and the inventory bought at much higher prices had to work thru the system.

So, corn and soy aren't the only thing with difficult basis.
