most likely credit toward another ram from him. it sucks I had it happen to me when we were starting out at least then feed was cheaper. I would say if this is just an SAE project and not showing call the breeder and get a ram in now for fall lambs. if I had sold you that ram and you wanted fall lambs you would have choice out of all rams I use and choice of a ram lamb out of the current lamb crop. but that is me.
