Subject: How big can wheat be before damage is done driving on it

Kansas
We are having as wet or wetter spring here than we had last year, east central Kansas. Was fortunate to get wheat top dressed with nitrogen in a little dry window but didn't get fungicide and herbicide on. I have never driven on the wheat when it was very big and am wondering if I am going to do damage with a pull type sprayer with the sprayer wheels wider than the tractor. I do have 90 foot booms so that will help as far as number of times across the field. Just wondering how big wheat can be and not do damage. Seems like it has been raining about every third day, almost 8 inches since January 1st.
Thanks!
