This is a really good video by Dr Steve Phinney. I don't know how I missed it earlier but I did. Lot of good information about the effects of inflammation on our bodies and how to reduce it. Reducing chronic inflammation is a major step in the right direction to improving health and boosting the immune system. Not just a doctor's opinion, but the science to back it up also presented.
