When Carolynn fires up the smoker, she always smokes a brick of cheese. That is a good way to have cheese too.

Glad you enjoyed the video. It was definitely looooong. But there was a lot of information packed in there. Some that would just be interesting to the geeks that want to understand how things work, but also quite a bit of practical stuff too.
