As far as I can tell, Quicken will keep working, or at least the older ones did when Intuit notified me of the expiration. Since I use the download feature for my credit cards, this new yearly fee will affect me. Whether I decide the download of transactions is worth it or not will determine whether I pay their new yearly dues. Right now I'm leaning toward not buying a subscription and just continuing with the 2017 version.
