Texas | Thanks for sharing. I’ve been intending to start eating jerky again. Most of it at truck stops I’ve seen has too much salt and sugar. Ridiculously overpriced too.
On the subject of sardines, I’ve got an older dog that’s a picky eater and is also prone to pancreatitis. Due to age, his jaw has dropped and that has further reduced what he can be fed. Typically I use a spice grinder to pulverize his prescription dry dog food with. As of lately he has gotten a whiff of the canned sardines and mackerel I eat. Decided to let him try some. He absolutely loves it. So, looks like I’ll be ordering more sardines for the both of us. :-) | |
