So how many lbs is a feeder considered?
I wouldn't mind taking some to 850-900 and be garentees 1.50 for it.
Does a longhorn or corente or whatever junk also bring 1.50?
Makes no sense.

And the averages have to be under a certain amount before it kicks in. Who's averages? State county. Sounds like way to much to track and implement properly.
