Southeast WI | From my replicated plot work it shows "drier" is connected to the growing season you have and where you are in the harvest season. Later you harvest the closer moistures get between treatments.
It is not as simple as saying 1 point, 2 points or whatever drier at harvest. Be nice if it were but it isn't.
I posted this several days ago. This plot is generally taken at the end of harvest which is early Nov most years. Go and check moistures 3 weeks earlier it looks way different. That data I don't have on hand easily.
