Stop the confidential reports and stop the captive supply-if cattle are sold on contracts make it a reportable event on every single calf,cow or bull and date of delivery-maybe send money to small start up farmer slaughter plants and stop all the red tape to build those plants.
Any money should come out of the packers in the last 3 weeks-not the tax payer-A profit of over $600 a head-the black market would be cheaper | |
