I understand the aspect of COOL. And I would rather see a USMCA type of arrangement when it comes to COOL. The main point is to bring light to the Pacs trade practices, correctly labeling sources of meat and hopefully price reporting.
No offense intended to neighbors that are playing by the rules and wish to better the industry.
Will an election year help this?
