IF you have the best Fed Crop coverage, and you have NO fertilizer on, why not plant corn out of your bin, then cultivate and call it good enough. You have made an attempt Fed Crop will cover you??????
That should work until they ask for fertilizer, herbicide and seed receipts and your neighbors have 2-3x the yields
