Mayo Clinic newsletter I got says if you have the mild symptoms there is no need to do anything, and of course we know some people don't even show symptoms, so yes, it is definitely being underreported. But that doesn't make it any better or worse. But it does skew statistical; if a dozen people get it with mild to no symptoms and it's not reported, then the few critically ill who are reported results in data that is not really accurate. Don't get me wrong. I believe it is serious, but numbers can lie.
