NC Kansas | I don’t doubt it but head 250 miles west and you’ll fine that reverse...we never cuss a rain here. Came close fall of ‘18 when we struggled through fall harvest and wheat planting... but still no. Here too wet means a crop, too dry can mean nothing. Last winter about killed me during calving, worked our ass off and didn’t lose hardly any but we have good protected area and good drainage in our calving pasture. I could not calve in 2ft of mud. I’d quit. | |
