East of Broken Bow | I have learned to never, ever, underestimate the power of a bovine to either commit suicide, or kill its young.
I've also noticed, that if you have a creek, or even a dry canyon to cross, and use heavy machinery to make a roadway 50 feet wide, and as smooth and gentile as a wheelchair ramp, the cow will walk along the edge of the canyon, until she finds a near vertical drop off, that goes through a tangle of tree roots and badger holes, to lead her calf across to the other side. | |
