Trimble ag-receivers seem to want RTCM 1008 the "Antenna Descriptor". Even an empty one seems to work. 1007 is Antenna Descriptor without serial number. Might be ok also.
If you can not get the 1008 / 1007 out of your Leica Base U might consider using CMR / CMR+ if it is possible for all the users of your base. A quick google search for Leica GeoAce manual kind of points out that this might be doable.
