| He is permitted to haul with duals on???? All depends on how far you are going, across state lines, and are you taking the interstate. HE DOESN'T HAVE A SPECIAL PERMIT. The first thing you do to get most Oversize permits is check a box that says you attest that the implement can't be broken down, or reduced in width. Again it depends on where it is going and for what purpose. Farm to farm, or farm to dealership for repair are usually ok.
