coast of Maine | If you have a choice and want it to last longer than new steel ,never ever lifts or peals,Gaco 100% silicone roof coating.This stuff is amazing,warranty 20 years.Not cheap but basically for ever,used on a crappy onduline roof(this was the old half tarpaper crap)sealed it up and looks perfect for 7 years now.We use it on storage trailer roofs,campers etc.,sticks beyond.Good lumber yards should be able to get it,must be above 50 degrees to use I think | |
