Beef has been a luxury meat for a few years in my house.
I would eat more lbs. a week if the price reflected directly what the producer gets. Pork loins have been a go to meat for the past 2-3 yrs. at $1.50/lbs.
Agree it sucks what the middle man is getting.
This virus deal is going to have huge economic impacts from the top to bottom. | |
