gee that big a trees are shade here not much trouble with higher density grazing

Yea I've got some BIG (5-6 ft. trunk diamater) hedge trees i keep pruned scattered throughout for cattle shade the cedars I just can't stand would like to get some of the thickets where they're dense and 3 to 4 ft. apart from one another thinned out to raise more grass out there. I've probably cleared 10 acres of cedars/small hedge on the place the last 5 years but it seems I'm going to eventually lose the battle as fast they come back
