sw ontario | Maybe its just all this crappy stuff in the news now ,but past few months I find I wake up in night and remember what the "dream" was about ,,, and generally the dreams are not about good things , more things in the past I would prefer to forget........some say we dream all night but don't remember it,IDK but some dreams make u feel exhausted when u wake up....and don't take sleeping pills or alcohol before sleeping---any ideas tia | |
