Get 2 - 20' dimensional boards. Get 2 - 10' dimensional boards.
Overlap and nail/screw them together with one 10' at the top on one end and the other on the bottom on the other end. 30' total long and 3" thick. It'll never probably come apart.
Another option is an LVL. They make them any size you want I believe.
