Been told mpk at 2# two times through season, don't know if it works looks expensive, potassium hydroxide, dangerous lye basically but real efficient want to experiment with this. Or the simple route spread potash when beans are beer can high and dry soil, don't worry about the cosmetics, I say that as we spread cattle manure over top of 30" row double crop beans that were 3-5" tall with a spreader and tractor that tracked 38" spacing and you could not tell where we went but we were after a dry place to spread more so then a big bean yield.
