I am assuming the original poster's agronomist was referring to mixing liquid ats with uan. There has ben research that shows that it does stabilize uan.
Maybe some things need clarified here. Sulfur does stabilize other nutrients as well. "stabilize" may not be the correct political term
Maybe the lack of sulfur in our soils and air is why we have more P and N in the lakes, than we used to, even though we are doing a better and more careful job of applying these products???
