Pretty reasonable hinzhogs, the flat rate thing is pretty rare.
Thanks. I don’t like all the added costs others charge for curing, smoking, then slicing....almost like they’re trying to sneak a few more bucks out of a person. No one gets a processed hog without cured and smoked bacon. Probably about 20% don’t want a cured and smoked ham.
