I charge .57/lb hanging weight for beef to custom process, all costs included except making patties is extra. Slaughter is an additional $140/beef
$200/whole hog flat rate, all costs included....slaughter, curing, smoking, slicing etc. If someone doesn't want their bacon or ham smoked I knock a few bucks off.
