southern MN | Farm program signup was through the 16th so it will affect people. For that they had said you need to make an appointment by the 16th, you can do the paperwork later but you need to make contact by the end of the 16th.
I’m sure any other programs and such they will make accommodations.
Sounds like the office will be staffed, just doors locked, so they can do phone and online stuff with you. Makes for a long day for them tho, sudden change. | |
