The 35.5 lb in the list at $225 = $6.33/lb avg. Compare this quality beef from a known source to what you find in a grocery store and it is very fair and attractive. I charge $6.00/lb for split halves. Arm roasts are ground into the burger. A split half is half of a half and includes some T-bones and rib steaks.
