Subject: Corn stalk question

We still have all our corn standing. With discounts they are taking on the test weight we have I’d probably be looking at 1.50 -$2 a bushel. I am wondering if any of you guys have ever swathed standing corn and baled it with the cobs still attached? Would a swather do anything in corn or would it be a lost cause? I see guys asking $60-70 per ton of stover baled after combining. What would it be worth per ton with all those cobs inside the bale? What would be a ballpark range of tons per acre? I realize this is gonna vary a lot based upon good and bad spots but just looking for a general idea.
